Online Registration Process
Online registration is required to participate in sports at all Academy District 20 High Schools. As a part of the Colorado High School Activities Association (CHSAA), we will be using a new registration system, rSchoolToday, starting with the 2021-2022 school year.
Even if families created an account last year, they will still need to create a new account in order to register their student(s) to play this year. rSchoolToday will send a verification email with a link when an account is created. After the verification is complete, the registration process can proceed. Families will only need to verify the email address once. Parents can register a student for a single sport, or multiple sports at once, however, parents will need to complete a separate registration for each student in their household.
For technical support with registration, please contact rSchoolToday at email@example.com.
A current sports physical is also required to participate in all athletics programs. Visit our Sports Physicals page for additional information.
Students pay a fee for each sport in which they participate. Athletic fees cover a portion of the cost of operating the school athletic program.
The Student Fees page and the Parent/Student-Athlete Handbook provide detailed information on per-season fees and maximums for individuals and families. Some sports require specialized equipment. Refer to the Parent/Student-Athlete Handbook or speak to the coach for more information.
Athletic fees may be made via Payforit, or at your school's Bookkeeping or Athletic Office via check or cash. We do not accept debit or credit cards over the phone.
Students participating in a sport at a school other than their regularly attended school will need to be assigned to that school. Athletes may not participate until the athletic assignment is complete. Please contact Noelani Feliciano at the Academy District 20 Education and Administration Center, 719-234-1211.
You must register through the website of the school where you will be participating in that activity. Contact that school's athletics department for questions and information.
Any students other than freshmen who are in their first year of attendance must apply for athletic eligibility through the CHSAA transfer process. To get started, contact your school's athletic director.
