After 3 days of competition that spanned the entirety of the DCC Campus, our students walked away with some bragging rights and medals. Though a 3A school, DCC competes at a 4A level for Speech and Debate.
DCC came in 3rd in Teams Overall Sweepstakes and 2nd in Team Debate Sweepstakes. This is the highest DCC has ever placed in state competition.

Zoe O'Donnell - 4th in Poetry Reading
Brynn Makros and Wasay Abdai - Octofinalists in Public Forum Debate
Will Turchin - 12th in International Extemporaneous Speech
