Dear Academy District 20 Families and Staff,

In accordance with Colorado law (HB15-1323 on assessments), school districts will distribute to parents a copy of district policy related to "pencil and paper" administration of state assessments, as well as an assessment calendar. 

To view the policy and procedure on assessments, go to BoardDocs (, click on the policies tab at the top and search IKA. 

The calendar is posted on the district website under Assessment. You may also access it through the following link:


If the Colorado Department of Education or Academy District 20 were to make changes regarding the assessment calendar, updates will be reflected on the website and calendar.
