Parents, guardians, seniors, and portrait vendors can now submit photos via email to Each submission should include only one student. Vendors should plan to submit once per student.

Submissions must include the following:

  • Student first and last name as it appears in the roster

  • Student first and last name as it should appear in the Yearbook

  • Desired photo of the student. The photo must be

    • High resolution (300 dpi)

    • In color

    • Vertical

    • Portrait - head and shoulder or head and chest

    • No props - including pets

    • Appropriate - students must follow dress code

  • Full contact information (for confirmation of completed submissions or notification and correction of incomplete submissions)

After submitting, you should receive a confirmation message when your submission has been processed and approved. Confirmation may take up to 10 business days.

The final deadline for all senior photos is November 18, 2022.
