Academy District 20 assigns schools for participation for students in the following categories:
The school of attendance or home-based educational program does not offer a sport/activity in which a student wishes to play.
The activity is not offered at any public school in the school district of attendance.
Students that are in one of the above categories should complete the Request for Participation Form.

Field hockey
Gymnastics
Hockey
Lacrosse
Register through the website of the school where you will be participating in that activity. Contact the assigned school's athletics department for questions and information.
